As ministers of care, we hope to participate in living andSr. Gen and Fr. Bill Duncan sharing the "good news" of Jesus, especially among the sick, shut-in, and bereaved. We remember the words of Jesus, "Do this in remembrance of me."
Be a part of a ministry team that sends greeting cards to shut-ins;
takes the Eucharist to the sick; provides meals for sick if
necessary; visits shut-ins in homes and nursing homes; provides respite
for caregivers; journeys with those who have recently experienced the
death of a loved one; organizes luncheons at times of funerals;
provides food for funeral luncheons.
